This is the essence of Castell Peralada Restaurant and the legacy that the chef Xavi Sagristà left us. Now Javi Martínez, with whom he shared experiences for 15 years, takes over the kitchen of Castell Peralada Restaurant and will continue to share his recipes and his vision of Empordà cuisine to keep on delighting us.
The other half of this tandem is, of course, the head waiter and sommelier Toni Gerez. With his enormous charisma and passion, he will continue to keep alive the gastronomic experience that he created with Xavi Sagristà and that led them to achieve a Michelin Star and a Sol Repsol.
The space occupied by the restaurant is privileged. Located inside a 14th century castle, and designed by Sandra Tarruella, it has several rooms located in the towers and a terrace in front of the lake with views of the impressive gardens. It is the ideal place to enjoy an authentic sensory experience.
